1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of ContractFlow AI (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant ContractFlow AI a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy at /refund. If there is a conflict between this section and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service, other users, or our legal obligations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractFlow AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the updated Terms on this page.
